That’s really good, are you using an extra lens or just Iphone lens? Great shot, stands out, well done! It’s such a fantastic camera on the phone…I use Moment lens on Iphome for macro too…
Thank you! I’ve been fascinated by macro since coming across it on Ingstagram. Not quite ready to order one for my DSLR. I ordered a Techo macro lens that just came in last night. I have the 5s iphone, but have heard enough amazing things about the camera on the 6s that I am considering an upgrade.
That came out pretty good! I’ve been wanting to get a LensBaby Macro lens for my iphone 5, but haven’t ever done it knowing one day I’ll upgrade my phone and a lens for the iphone may not fit whatever the new camera model number is by then.
It took me awhile to get a dedicated macro lens. Canon has a wonderful close-up lens that you screw on to the end of your favorite lens to get you closer to you subject. I carry one on hikes for close up and macro opportunities. It’s called Canon 500D close-up lens. I used this and extension tubes for years before finally getting a dedicated macro lens. Then I bought a LensBaby with their macro converter kit and love and use it more than my Macro lens. It’s nice to have options isn’t it. 🙂
I do like having options! I’ve only really started using my DSLR camera since January and have tons to learn, but I’m enjoying the process! 🙂 I have the iphone 5s and am considering an upgrade because I’ve heard the camera is great on the 6s. I ended up with a Techo lens because it was a cheap enough experiment and will work on either phone.
