Such a simple reminder about the journeys we take in life.
Sometimes we are no longer where we were and also not yet where we want to be.
We should honor that space.
If you’ve followed my truths, you are already aware that my current journey has battered my soul, brought me to my knees, and taught me to dig deep for every thread of resilience.
I finally feel like I’m in that space of no longer and not yet.
A place where I can begin to breathe.
To pause.
To reflect.
To move forward again.

Breathe in the sunshine…the rain…
Let the trees and the flowers speak softly to your soul.
Find those glimpses of beauty in the chaos.
Tuck them away.
Cherish them.
And move forward.
I’m currently down in Florida visiting my family. While the photo in the quote isn’t from this trip, that is the view that soothes my soul on the days when my mom and I visit the beach.
